Incumbent serves as an entry level IT Specialist for the En Route & Oceanic 2nd Level Engineering Group.
Duties
The incumbent is responsible for providing technical assistance and guidance from the William J. Hughes Technical Center to En Route, Oceanic, and Decision Support operational systems. This technical assistance involves support to: validate system requirements; analyze solution alternatives; verify and test system modifications; resolve site issues or problems; install system modifications; and/or participate in restoration sites activities as required. This position is critical to ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the National Airspace System (NAS). As such, incumbent participates with a team of technical representatives in the development, enhancement, planning, conduct and documentation of processes for various Second Level Engineering activities.

- Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
