You will serve as a Supervisory Facility Operations Specialist in the Facilities & Space Management Div, Infrastructure Business Ops Dept of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.
Duties
You will develop requirements for facility modification, replacement, or construction.
You will develop facilities projects requirements and provide oversight/liaison during construction to meet mission requirements.
You will initiate and make recommendations for space allocation issues.
You will mentor and provide coaching to Branch employees, and work with employees on personal career development objectives and plans.
You will monitor progress and evaluate outcomes to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (NM-03) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Demonstrating knowledge in operations, sustainment, restoration, and modernization of simple and complex facilities; 2) Determining, evaluating, and analyzing facility requirements; 3) Demonstrating experience in building components, various types of project construction and project management; 4) Understanding of space management, space moves, relocation, and developing move and space plans; 5) Developing facility and equipment requirements and developing project scopes; and 6) Managing complex facility issues, resolving conflicts and monitoring projects.
