About the Position: This position is with the United States Army Reserve Command, Support Groups Deputy Chief of Staff, G 3/5/7, Office of Provost Marshal Anti-Terrorism Section located at Fort Liberty, North Carolina.
Duties
Evaluate effectiveness of the Antiterrorism program
Perform visits for administrative coordination of the program
Inspect Antiterrorism records for compliance with program requirements
Develop Antiterrorism guidance
Provide training for Antiterrorism awareness and travel briefings
Coordinate annual training requirements
Maintain an Antiterrorism program
Conduct compliance assessments
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Incumbent is required to complete of the AT Level II Course and DoD AT Program Course.
- This position requires the incumbent obtain the following core SPeD Certification:
- Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) within their first two years of employment.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes developing and evaluating the status of the Anti-Terrorism program by publishing Operation Orders, conducting compliance assessments, evaluating effectiveness of security plans; and developing or implementing Anti-Terrorism training program. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
