You will serve as a Facility Support Contracts Supervisor in the of Facilities Eng and Acq Division NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND MARIANAS. A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 12.45% will be added to the stated salary.

Duties

You will provide technical supervision and oversight to such functions as facility support contracts, construction and service performance assessment and specification development within areas of the FSC Branch. You will Serves as the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for Facility Support Contract (FSC) technical matter You Will Manage FSC Technical commodities. You will implement policies and procedures to provide technical support to ensure achievement of an acceptable level of contract requirements, and for surveillance, and reporting the contractor's performance and progress You will communicate effectively orally and in writing.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Implementing policies and procedures, Providing Technical oversight and support ensuring achievement of contract requirements and Managing FSC technical commodities.
