Duties
You will articulate and communicate the assignment, project, problem to be solved, actionable events, milestones, and/or program issues under review, deadlines, and timeframes for completion.
You will monitor and report on status and progress of work, checking on work progress and reviewing completed work to see that the supervisor's instructions on priorities, methods, deadlines have been met.
You will provide GIS and other Asset Utilization support as needed for continuity and delivery of Asset Utilization services.
You will oversee the development of a long-range work plan for the branch and establish staffing requirements and program funds for training, equipment and other support costs.
You will oversee and coordinate with other Business, Product, or Support Lines to ensure timely execution of all projects.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.
- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). You must be certified as a Career Field Facilities Engineering Level III. Certification is required within 24 months of appointment.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Position may require lifting of equipment up to 50 pounds.
- Position may require climbing multiple levels of stairs and or ladders.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment, and on an annual basis.
Qualifications

Therefore, we encourage you to be clear and specific when describing your experience.Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: coordinating and developing high quality, cost effective Geographic Information System (GIS) tools, global positioning systems applications, programs to support engineering/construction projects and development of long-range work plan and establishing staffing requirements and program funding.
