About the Position: This position is located in the US Army Air Defense Artillery School at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. The applicant has an opportunity to work with both Military and Civilian personnel.

Duties

Prepare blanket travel order requests for IMSO (International Military Student Office) Manager. Prepare travel arrangements for travel authorizations and vouchers. Conduct field studies for International Military Student (IMS) travel program. Use automated system such as Defense Travel System (DTS) for travel approval processes. Use office automated systems to compile data for monthly, annual, and special reports. Review statically trends to ensure travel program meets organization performance.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Appointment to this position is subject to a one-year probationary period unless the appointee has previously met the requirements as described in 5 CFR Part 315.
  • The duties of this position require the incumbent to possess or obtain and maintain a valid state Driver's License in one of the 50 U.S. states or possessions to operate vehicles.
  • This position requires the completion of a pre-employment Physical Examination and an annual examination thereafter to ensure the continued, required level of physical health and ability or fitness to perform the duties of the position.
  • This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
  • This position may require an irregular work schedule to provide coverage on evenings, weekends, holidays, or special situations.
