About the Position: Is with the Real Estate Division, in which the employee will deal with executes complex leases, in-depth negotiation with partners and lessors, involving large leased spaces. It involves negotiation and execute associated documents with the highest level in both privately owned organization and other governmental organizations.
Duties
Executes complex and high value leases for the support for others, which involves complex negotiation with partners and lessors, involving large, leased space.
Projects within the program are often highly sensitive in nature and/or of such a magnitude or complexity that close management and coordination is required.
Applies a mastery of knowledge of management concepts, principles, methods, and practices.
Reviews and monitors overall program execution and makes adjustments as necessary based on circumstances and priorities.
Maintains a warrant to execute Recruiting leases and supplemental lease agreements.
Serves as District Program Manager for the Joint Forces Recruiting Program.
Ensures that individual project objectives, milestones, and budgets are accomplished within the overall program objectives.
Allocates project funds to team members and monitors performance to assure commitments are being maintained for all projects within the program.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position requires the obtaining and maintaining of a valid state driver's license within 30 days of employment.
- Travel requirement is up to 20%.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: Leads our Armed Forces Recruiting Program and leases in support of others. Maintains a warrant to execute Recruiting leases and supplemental agreements. Executes complex leases, which involves in-depth negotiation with partners and lessors, involving large-leased space.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12 or above).
