About the Position:
This position is located in Savannah, GA.
Serves as Chief of the Real Estate Division, utilizing a highly developed knowledge of real estate principles, practices, markets, and values, is fully responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating the work of approximately 50-l00 employees in the District Office and project offices.
Duties
Serves as a Technical Advisor and Warranted Officer for contractual real estate matters.
Applies a mastery of knowledge of management concepts, principles, methods and practices.
Manages and performs work involving project milestones and budgets.
Establishes reporting procedures and priorities to ensure compliance with program directives and goals established by higher headquarters.
Executes the full range of personnel administration responsibilities for personnel assigned to the Real Estate Division.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position requires you to submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report (OGE450) upon entry, and annually thereafter.
- Up to 25% business travel may be required.

- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes serving as a Real Estate Program Manager responsible for all management, control, development, coordination and execution of major projects in support of the Army Reserve Installation Management Division (ARIMD)/Army Chief of Staff Installation Management Army Reserve (ACSIM-AR) Real Property Exchange (RPX) Program. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-14).
