About the Position: This position is a DOD Cyber Excepted Service (CES) personnel system position in the Excepted Service under 10 USC 1599f. Employees occupying CES positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the Fort Eisenhower, Georgia.
Duties
Plans, directs, reviews, and manages the work of employees who teach communication-electronics equipment and data processing equipment for the organization.
Directly oversee the organization's quality assurance program to resolve any issues.
Recommends organizational restructure to facilitate efficiency of mission requirements.
Resolves education, training and managerial problems by suggesting solutions and providing ideas for application.
Manages training schedules and training plans for employees.
Collaborates with other Division Chiefs to negotiate work related changes affecting other divisions.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Three year trial/probationary period may be required.
- One year trial/probationary period may be required.
- Must be able to obtain and retain a Secret security clearance.

Develop/Reviews training course material, aids, and devices to ensure uniform application of all administrative policies and procedures. 2. Provide guidance on employee performance, trainings, and development to help grow them into full performance careers. 3.Presents training using Microsoft PowerPoint or web-based application for employee development. 4. Analyzes trainings to review learning objectives in order resolve educational problems and suggest solutions.
