You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the United States Marine Corps of MARFORRES NOLA.
Duties
You will perform the full range of administrative and technical supervisory duties including work planning, assignments, training, discipline and leave for at least two (2) supervisory employees.
You will plan, administer, provide oversight and guidance, and develop and manage overall work of the office.
You will encourage employee support and participation in management programs such as, wellness, safety, cost reduction, and beneficial suggestions.
You will serve as the principal MEO advisor to the commander and senior leaders within the command AOR.
You will provide subject matter advice and guidance on matters related to command climate and prohibited activities and conduct.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Serving as a principal Military Equal Employment Opportunity advisor to senior leaders specializing in providing advice and guidance on matters related to Military Equal Opportunity and Prohibited Activities and Conduct (PAC) by developing, implementing and monitoring policies for the command; Tracks, monitors, and reports disposition and status of prohibited activities and conduct (PAC) complaints.
