As a Lead Program Analyst (Customer Support) at the GS-0343-14, you will be part of Human Capital Data Mgmt and Modernization Office of Personnel Management. If selected, you will oversee the delivery of customer support, business development and training to the Resource Management Office (RMO) community, and the timely execution of all RMO customer engagement responsibilities.
Duties
Leads teams responsible for major RMO implementations, and coordinates user training and RMO configuration and change management services.
Carries out program management goals ensuring that program's activities and output are monitored, tracked, reported, and adjusted under sound and established project management criteria.
Guides the activities of RMO personnel to ensure their interactions with clients reflect positively on HCDMM and the RMO.
Works with the Resource Management Officer and staff on day-to-day activities of communicating priorities to organization's staff, contractors, and work/task groups.
Uses expertise in RMO to conduct analysis of program's processes and make recommendations to streamline operational processes and improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
For the GS14: You must have one full year of specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors) performing ALL of the following duties:
Managing projects with multiple tasks designed to address human capital needs of Federal agencies.
Analyzing human capital project information to make recommendations to streamline operational processes and improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Utilizing data visualization software packages to provide data-driven information about human capital changes and trends in Federal agencies.
Merit promotion applicants must meet time-in-grade requirement as defined in 5 CFR 300, Subpart F. One year at the GS-13 level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS 14 level.
