This position is part of the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy, Geothermal Technologies Office - Headquarters, Department of Energy. As a Management and Program Analyst, you will serve as a principal advisor and provide advice on a wide variety of strategic objectives and operational issues essential to organizational effectiveness in achieving the Geothermal Technologies Office (GTO) mission.

Qualifications
BASIC REQUIREMENT:
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as meeting all of the following:
Interpreting laws and regulations to establish program policies, procedures or metrics.
Analyzing policies and workforce data to provide advice on management priorities, strategic plans and policies.
Utilizing qualitative or quantitative methods to evaluate the effectiveness of activities.
