You will serve as a Supervisory Financial Management Analyst in the Corporate Business & Analysis Group, Program & Business Analysis Dept of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.

Duties

You will You will supervise and mentor Program and Business Analysis Department (PBAD) employees. You will coordinate and review data calls ensuring accuracy including but not limited to the A-11, POH, budget requirements, RWO, DARQ and manpower. You will be responsible for status reports for budgets plan verses actual and projections. You will perform continual budget analysis and engages with appropriate contacts to ensure accurate information while meeting deadlines for rapid turn-around responses.

• This is a Financial Management Level III certified position per the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012, Section 1599d. You must achieve this level within prescribed timelines. Certification requirements are in DoD Instruction 1300.26
• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
• Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NM-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following:1) Demonstrating knowledge of Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and the financial formulation and execution processes; 2) Extracting information and providing data analysis using Excel formats; 3) Mentoring and supervising employees including directing and prioritizing work assignments; 4) Developing and managing the execution of budgets; 5) Interpreting customer requirements and providing written and oral communication across all levels of leadership.
