Duties

You will serve as the Supervisory Transportation Specialist, Personal Property Management Branch, responsible for the planning, directing, coordinating, and reviewing of all Traffic Management functions. You will be responsible for carrying out DoD policies and procedures governing worldwide personnel and personal property movements via commercial and military airlift, boat, and common carrier. You will analyze executive orders, public laws, DoD directives, and federal regulatory bodies pertaining to a variety of different and unrelated functions of commercial transportation. You will provide authoritative transportation guidance to customers on policy and entitlements for personal duty travel and all types of transportation activities. You will prepare and coordinate the execution and implementation of the Personal Property and Passenger Travel Branch programming, budgeting, fiscal policy, and management analysis programs.
