Duties

Formulates policies, analyzes, and recommends new methods of application or changes to existing policies. Advises the Chief of Installation Transportation Division on matters concerning policies, program guidance and review and analysis of transportation programs. Develops transportation management and functional system operating standards for the command to ensure maximum utilization of resources and compliance with higher headquarters policies and directives. Serves as a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for specific contracts/agreements for transportation and maintenance services. Plans and assigns work to subordinates determining work schedules and priorities.

  • This position requires financial disclosure of an OGE 450.
