Duties

Performs logistics management operations that involve planning, coordinating, or evaluating the logistical actions required to support the Second Destination Transportation (SDT) Program. Coordinate and review all aspects of the transportation and traffic management procedures. Serves in an integration role to coordinate, review and interpret transportation guidance/requirements for Second Destination. Helps set internal SDT priorities and furnishes technical and administrative advice and assistance as required to resolve problems and assure continuity of efforts.

• Position requires temporary duty (TDY) business travel approximately 20% of the time.
• Position requires incumbent employee to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.

The definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12). Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
