This position is at the intersection of business and technology––defining, designing, and leading the technical delivery of our digital products. Working with your counterparts in the IT division, you'll collaborate across the museum to align business goals, technology strategy, and user needs. You’ll be on the Digital Product team overseeing websites, online games, mobile apps, onsite interactives, and the integration of new technologies like AI, VR, & Web3 into our public products portfolio.

Qualifications
Candidates must meet the Qualification Standards Handbook requirements for the GS-2210-14.
For this position, specialized experience is at least one year of experience, equivalent in responsibility to the GS-13 level in the Federal service, designing digital products for a museum or cultural institution.

1. Information Technology – Knowledge of IT principles, concepts, and functions as it relates to building, operating, and maintaining backend architecture for a data analytics environment.
2. Program Management – Ability to manage all aspects of a program, including design, research, administration, and content creation.
3. Collaboration – Skill in communicating with leadership, stakeholders, and subordinates.
