Duties
You will prepare information and correspondence for presentations to higher authorities.
You will provide guidance and advice to stakeholders to resolve complex internal program issues and problems.
You will determine requirements and deficiencies for inclusion in the programming process.
You will develop procedures and system improvements to assess the effectiveness of programs and/or management processes.
You will assist management with financial programming, analysis and control of funds.
You will ensure funding is distributed appropriately, data calls are answered, and budgets are submitted on time to support requirements for support.
You will coordinate installation-wide business operations and support services to include input in program business plans to support Navy Closure Task Force Red Hill.
You will evaluate and advise on a variety of organizational missions, structures, business methodology, administrative, and management practices for use within the program(s) and operations within the department.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Applying a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement of program effectiveness or the improvement of complex management processes and systems.
Recommending changes to established practices and procedures to meet new and/or changing situations.
Evaluating processes for areas of noncompliance, and develop solutions to problems or other shortcomings, while working
with management and/or other subject matter experts to coordinate the implementation of those solutions.
Applying underlying knowledge in interpreting technical data, data analysis, report writing, interpreting regulations and other guideline material; dealing with other individuals and a practical understanding of how effective administrative and managerial practices contribute directly to the success of an organization's goals/mission.
