This position is part of the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy - Geothermal Technologies Office, Department of Energy. As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will direct, manage, and oversee personnel that provide program support, information management, and administrative services to the program office.

- New supervisors are required to complete one year supervisory probationary period.
- New supervisors are required to complete 80 hours of supervisory training of which 40 hours must be completed during your first year as a supervisor.
- This position does not support 100% remote work. You will be required to report physically to the official reporting worksite as specified by the supervisor, but no less than 2 days per pay period.
- You are required to submit a Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE-450, Executive Branch Personnel Confidential Financial Disclosure Report within 30 days of entering the position and annually.
Qualifications
BASIC REQUIREMENT:
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-14) in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as meeting all of the following:
Provide oversight of a program segment for information management, budget/finance, and administrative services to an assigned program office.
Manage both long and short term program and resource planning to resolve critical problems that arise and develop new approaches to ensure program objectives are met.
Provide guidance and advice to management and personnel engaged in a wide variety of projects or programs.
