You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Administration Office of PACIFIC MISSILE RANGE FACILITY.
Duties
You will advise supervisors and command staff on matters concerning civilian personnel processes and programs.
You will provide command management with advice, assistance, coordination and guidance in personnel matters related to recruitment, staffing and employee services to meet command missions and objectives.
You will provide direct support to the Administration Officer by researching, analyzing and presenting information related to current and future manpower program or project workload.
You will review all correspondence and determine action requirements of unclassified and classified correspondence.
You will provide guidance on securing, training, submission of training documentation and training procurement.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: researching and analyzing civilian personnel management principles, policies, and programs to ensure effectiveness and efficiencies of the commands mission.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Successful completion of a Ph.D or equivalent doctoral degree;
OR-
Successful completion of three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree;
OR-
Successful completion of an LL.M degree that is related to the position being filled.
