You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the TOTAL FORCE MANPOWER / ADMINSTRATIVE DEPARTMENT of PACIFIC MISSILE RANGE FACILITY.

Duties

You will assist the Supervisory Program Analyst in conducting management surveys, audits, projects and provide advisory services to all management officials. You will develop recommendations for command approval/disapproval. You will perform as a lead analyst and identify team members for special projects and direct the efforts for command review. You will assist in maintaining the command's Activity Manpower Document (AMD). You will prepare naval correspondence and command instructions and notices and instructions for review and approval. You will act as an Approving/Authorizing Official/Certifying Officer for the Defense Travel System (DTS). You will serve as the command Drug Free Work Place (DFWP) coordinator. You will advise supervisors and command staff on matters concerning civilian personnel processes and programs. You will serve as command EEO representative for the civilian hiring process interviews. You will establish and maintain a program to track overall command training budget execution. You will serve as intermediary between Pacific Missile Range Facility and the Personnel Support Detachment at Joint Base Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.

Requirements

  • Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered for Selective Service.
  • You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.
  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing administrative and personnel support and ensuring requirements and priorities are executed for a program or organization. Examples of qualifying experience: Managing command training program; Conducting Management surveys, audits or projects; Providing advisory services to all management officials; Providing Defense Travel System and Activity Manning Document management.
