You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Total Force Management and Administration Department of PACIFIC MISSILE RANGE FACILITY. A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 8.90% will be added to the stated salary. This is a RE-ADVERTISEMENT of Announcement Number: ST-12365196-24-HM. Duties

You will assist the Administration Office Supervisory Program Analyst in conducting management surveys, audits, projects, etc. and provide advisory services to all management officials. You will be responsive to the Model Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) taskings and other EEO programmatic needs of the command; act as liaison with EEO staff. You will be responsible for advising supervisors and command staff on matters concerning civilian personnel processes and programs; work with servicing HRO specialists to provide management guidance in personnel matters. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a program to track overall command training and budget execution. You will act as an Approving/Authorizing Official/Certifying Officer for the Defense Travel System for official travel by command personnel. You will promote and develop training programs to enhance employee understanding on inclusion issues.

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.
  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the gs-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: conducting program studies, analyzing findings, and developing recommendations to resolve and improve the effectiveness and efficiencies of organizational programs and operations.
