You will serve as a TRAINING SPECIALIST in the Ground Combat Element Section, Ground Standards Branch, Policy and Standards Division, ofTRAINING AND EDUCATION COMMAND.
Duties
You will lead a professional team responsible for implementation of the systems approach to training and education (SATE) process associated with task analysis, task performance standards and individual training standards.
You will develop and execute a broad range of training analysis projects and studies required to ensure the formulation and implementation of optimally effective training programs.
You will analyze and evaluate current task performance standards through the use of surveys, interviews, and field observations.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1- Knowledge of and skill in applying management and organizational theory, and administrative policies and procedures as they relate to the Marine Corps, TECOM, MCCDC, HQMC, and DoD; 2- Knowledge of TECOM and Marine Corps structure, organization, training programs, and related training and reporting requirements and policies; 3- Knowledge of other service and external training agency structure, mission, policies, and procedures; 4- Skill in oral and written communications and an ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel and provide briefings at the general officer level; 5- Ability to work independently on own initiative and demonstrate attention to detail; 6- Ability to recognize and analyze problems, to conduct research, to summarize results, and to make appropriate recommendations; 7- Skill in the use of Microsoft Office products (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, TEAMS, etc.); 8- Ability to develop and utilize appropriate data collection techniques.
