You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Naval Audit Service (NAVAUDSVC) Office of the Inspector General of NAVAUDGEN.
Duties
You will manage the NAVAUDSVC-wide Integrated Risk Management to identify, assess, and manage NAVAUDSVC’s internal and external risks.
You will establish a forward-looking management approach that allows NAVAUDSVC to assess threats and opportunities that could affect NAVAUDSVC achievement of goals.
You will play an integral role in the transformation of legacy Department of the Navy categories of internal controls.
You will manage, coordinate, and provide response for NAVAUDSVC Entity Level Controls and develop responses to the Noncritical-Sensitive (NCS)/Moderate Risk Inquiry, Inspection, and Survey of the ELC from the DON.
You will develop and coordinate the NAVAUDSVC Certification Statement base on completed risk assessment and internal control evaluation.
You will develop Corrective Action Plans for any deficiencies and accomplishments achieved in the current year and submit same to the DON A-123 Program Office for inclusion in the DON Statement of Assurance.
You will ensure the Certification Statements submitted to DON A-123 Program Office include the Risk Assessment, Internal Control Evaluation Summary, and Corrective Action Plans.
You will ensure the Certification Statements submitted to DON A-123 Program Office include Significant DON A-123 Accomplishments, and the Certification Statement Memorandum.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This position is eligible for part time, substantial or ad-hoc telework at the discretion of management.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Experience includes collecting and integrating data from Inspector General (IG) audits; monitoring and tracking audit reports to provide recommendation; Identifying and assessing internal/external risks to provide management an approach that minimalizes the risk in their goal achievement; managing programs such as the Integrated Risk Management Program to identify the agency's internal and external risks; AND Collecting, evaluating and interpreting data from multiple sources to assess program improvement and corrective action.
