You will serve as the Ocean Observing System (OOS) Operations Data Center (ODC) Manager (GG-0132-13 Supervisory Intelligence Specialist) for the Navy's Undersea Surveillance enterprise applying extensive knowledge of advanced research methodologies and analytical techniques and collection management systems to complex work assignments. This position is located at COMMANDER UNDERSEA SURVEILLANCE, Dam Neck Naval Facility in Virginia Beach, VA.
Duties
You will evaluate and integrate all-source intelligence information to produce/contribute to tailored intelligence products in response to customer requirements.
You will supervise acoustic intelligence (ACINT) analysis and intelligence production to answer current requirements from operational forces and intelligence community customers.
You will effectively apply extensive knowledge of acoustic intelligence (ACINT) discipline/focus area, its customer base, and attendant requirements to address complex issues.
You will utilize knowledge of intelligence collection, collation, research, and production and their respective roles in Service level intelligence.
You will prepare and produce initiative reports and briefs for executive-level audiences that demonstrate extensive knowledge and comprehensive analytical expertise.
You will use program and project management experience to support the analysis and/or signal processing for a variety of acoustic sensor types.
You will work with supporting contract personnel to ensure developed and installed systems meet mission requirements.
You will coordinate with researchers and program stake holders to ensure data screening requirements are achieved within prescribed timelines.
You will communicate effectively orally and in writing to convey complex operational, technical, and/or political-military concepts and develop/effectively employ multimedia presentations to this end.
You will manage the administrative requirements for assigned personnel to include staffing, work schedules, performance evaluations, training/qualification and leave coordination/approval.
Requirements

- You must obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance and access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). Failure to do so may result in the withdrawal of an offer or removal. Indicate the level and date of your clearance in your resume.

- This position requires a periodic polygraph examination.
- This position may require a 2-year DCIPS trial period.
- Some travel may be requried within/outside the U.S.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector, such as:
1. Evaluate, interpret, and integrate all-source intelligence and open source information into top-level assessments.
2. Identify intelligence gaps and research/interpret collection requirements to resolve gaps.
3. Supervise acoustic intelligence (ACINT) analysis and intelligence production to answer current requirements and address complex issues.
4. Collaborate with senior intelligence community/industry analysts in assigned disciplines(s)/focus areas.
