Qualifications

Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience, which is in or related to the work of the position to be filled and has equipped applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been at least equivalent to the next lower grade level in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. GS-12: Fifty-two weeks of specialized experience at least equivalent to the GS-11. Examples of specialized experience include FRAUD AND ABUSE DETECTION (e.g., conducting review of information where opportunities for fraud is suspected, developing documentation and making appropriate referrals for future action, etc.) or SYSTEMS SUPPORT AND LIAISON (e.g., troubleshooting systems problems, identifying systems problems and providing input to management, acting as a resource person to co-workers on systems usage, etc.) or ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT (e.g., assigning, coordinating, or assessing the work activities of a group of employees, making suggestions for improvements in administrative practices and/or workflow, conducting review of systems security and making recommendations for corrective measures, interpreting changes in policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with any new procedures, etc.) Qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement. Education

GS-12: Substitution of education for specialized experience is not applicable at the GS-12 grade level.
