Duties
Serves as the administrative/program support assistant for the NAF Services and Support Chief. Provides support and assistance performing various general office duties. Liaison for Non-Federal Entities and Soldier and Family Readiness Fundraising.
Provides administrative support including typing/word processing, mail preparation, copying, distribution, telephone calls, creating spreadsheets, coordinating taskers, coordinates training, develops presentations, and prepares travel orders.
Produces administrative reports, correspondence or written documents. Prepares a variety of reports, technical correspondence, written documents, or graphs. Edits copy for grammatical correctness, clarity of thought, and proper format.
Maintains suspense records to ensure commitments are completed as required. Uses independent judgment, to provide administrative support, based on knowledge of the organization’s programs, policies, procedures, precedents, and regulatory guidelines.
Manages content on TEAMS and SharePoint sites. Coordinates projects and interfaces with personnel at various levels of management and HR. Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements

- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Successful completion of pre-employment background checks.
- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
- Incumbent may also be required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federally controlled facilities.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Demonstrated experience coordinating projects, managing maintaining records, developing presentations and drafting written correspondences.
Must be able to type 40 words per minute.
Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
