You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the COMPTROLLER DEPARTMENT of COMMANDER - NAVAL INSTALLATIONS.
Duties
You will manage ongoing and future actions, activities, projects, and initiatives.
You will participate fully with Director to formulate goals, policies, and objectives for the CNIC programs.
You will study and analyze projects and fund estimates including space allocation, project development, equipment and personnel requirement.
You will work closely with other elements in scheduling and coordinating all conferences, visits, meetings, and itineraries.
You will be responsible for managing the operational schedule of the N-code director and deputy.
You will resolve complicated substantive problems affecting the N-code operation requirements, and proposes new organizational structures.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Performing programmatic tasks with responsibility for analyzing, evaluating, and advising management on the program effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity; 2) Managing ongoing and future actions, activities, projects, and initiatives to accurately advise solutions when necessary; and 3) Advising and analyzing changes to organizational structures, organizational charts, mission and function statements to implement reorganizations or changes in program administration. Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Successfully completed Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
OR
Have successfully completed three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree
OR
Have successfully completed an LL.M. degree that is related to the position being filled
OR
Have a combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
