Duties
This position is located in the Office Chief Administrative Officer for Office of Financial Management.
Qualifications
In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below:
For the CP-12 level you must have one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to at least the CP-11/GS-13 level which is in or directly related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience is defined as experience which includes: 1) Skill in conducting costs estimation, analysis, reporting, and application of agency directives, legislative laws, and principles; 2) Knowledge of practical data collection, statistical analysis, and sampling methods and techniques; 3) Ability to plan, direct, and implement comprehensive manpower management programs; and 4) Knowledge of concepts, principles, and current emerging issues and developments in the financial and business field
For the CP-13 level you must have one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to at least the CP-12/GS-14 level which is in or directly related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience is defined as experience which includes: 1) Ability to plan, direct, and implement comprehensive manpower programs; 2) Ability to conduct manpower and resource studies, analyze the results, and make sound recommendations for improvements in the program; 3) Ability to check and validate data against multiple enterprise systems; and 4) Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite to manipulate extremely large data sets sufficient to prepare and present complex information.
