You will serve as a SUPERVISORY TRAINING INSTRUCTOR in the TRAINING AND WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT DIVISION, CORPORATE OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT of SOUTHWEST REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CENTER.

Duties

You will serve as the Military Training Branch Head, leading and managing day-to-day operations of the Total Force Training and Workforce Development Division. You will report on the health of the Command in terms of metrics relating to meeting objectives and goals. You will supervise all personnel assigned to the military branch. You will plan and analyze policy and process required to develop and implement effective programs. You will initiate actions to bring about more effective and efficient manpower and facility utilization. You will supervise the study and analysis of problems, issues, and program objectives of military training. You will improve the effectiveness of customer service to help ensure continued and/or increased levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: managing training programs, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with legal, technical or administrative requirements for effective military personnel development.
