You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Naval Audit Service (NAVAUDSVC) Office of the Inspector General of NAVAUDGEN.
Duties
You will serve as the DON’s primary expert for performing audit liaison functions related GAO engagements and DoD IG audits.
You will plan, organize, and direct Audit Liaison and Recommendation Tracking activities.
You will establish NAVAUDSVC processes and business rules relevant to audit liaison functions, provides interpretation to stakeholders and ensures compliance with requirements.
You will utilize or develop tools and resources such as information management systems to track and report areas of interest.
You will prepare reports and provide briefings to identify the status of audit announcements, recommendations, and reports for submission to DON Office of the Chief Management Officer and the Under Secretary of the Navy.
You will provide input and produce quality products that address the needs of the Congress, Secretary/Under Secretary of the Navy, DON Office of the Chief Management Officer, GAO, DoD IG.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Applying new approaches and policy when analyzing information to present findings in accurate, conclusive and persuasive manner;
Identifying and assessing internal/external risks to provide management an approach that minimalizes the risk in their goal achievement; AND
collecting, evaluating, and interpreting data from multiple sources to assess program improvement and corrective action.
