This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Domestic Defense Industrial Base Facilities and Major Range and Test Facilities Base, NDAA 1125 (a) and (c), to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
About the Position: Serves as a Management Analyst (Support Agreement Analyst) in the Resource Management Office. Conducts reviews of support agreements and updates support agreements annually in support of the Garrison.
Duties
Serve as the Garrison Risk Management and Internal Control (RMIC) program coordinator and subject matter expert.
Provide financial analysis and data working closely with the Budget and Accounting Branches of the Resource Management Office
Use G-Invoicing for General Terms and Agreements and transactions, to create, modify, upload, initial approved and final approved agreements.
Ensures support agreements state the accord that has been reached between the parties involved outlining the responsibilities of each.
