Position may be filled as a temporary promotion or detail NTE 1 year by a current permanent Army employee. Temporary promotions may be extended up to a maximum of five years. Position may be made permanent without further competition. Duties

Insure strategic planning evaluation/assessments adequately and effectively address and measure key customer and operational requirements. Recommend adjustments to policies, programs, projects and studies to resolve problems and to improve operations and efficiencies. Provides continuous improvement advisory service to garrison staff Maintain contact and liaison with governmental, scientific, academic, and/or business institutions on matters relating to assigned programs.
