You will serve as a Program Analyst with MARINE CORPS COMBAT DEVELOPMENT CMD.
Duties
You will conduct mission analysis.
You will analyze national and theater operations plans through the ends-ways means framework.
You will develop organizational measures of effectiveness for units supporting ongoing operations and strategic plans.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Develops mission-essential task lists (METLs) including associated readiness standards, for units conducting pre-deployment training to fill rotational force requirements, including ad hoc and provisional units.
Develops mission-essential task lists (METLs) including associated readiness standards, for units designated to support specific contingency plans.
Develops mission-essential task lists (METLs) including associated readiness standards, for units tasked to develop non-standard capabilities, or to develop an advanced level of capability, in support of force readiness requirements such as crisis response or contingency response plans.
Develops tailored performance measures which capture the unique capabilities and requirements of each organization, integrating USMC posture and strategy with Service staffing, equipping, and training processes.
