Duties
You will read and record consumption of residential and commercial water, gas, electric and steam meters with mobile and hand-held reading devices as well as perform manual reads; verify that readings are within parameters.
You will report inoperable an malfunctioning devices or unauthorized changes of the meter when spotted during field checks or monthly visits.
You will provide direct support to the Utilities manager in writing and develop scopes of works for establishing and renewing of various supply contracts unique and critical to utility operations continued below.

You will receive, organize, and maintain the operational data from the operation of the various utility systems.
You will assemble the operational utility data necessary to complete the monthly Utilities cost Analysis Report with the comptroller Directorate, the Boiler Operation and Steam Production report.
You will assemble the operational utility data necessary to complete the monthly Utilities cost Analysis Report with the comptroller Directorate, Daily Fuel and Steam Output Report, the Power Report,
You will assemble the operational utility data necessary to complete the monthly Utilities cost Analysis Report with the comptroller Directorate, Steam and Fuel Inventory report, and other management reports.
You will prepare requisitions for liquid propane procurement for base wide heating processes and systems orders via electronic government acquisition systems.
You will produce an array of electronic generated documents via software and automated applications used for managerial briefing, internal and external distribution and analysis by various organizations.
Requirements

Qualifications
GS-07:
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-06) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing clerical support by preparing and verifying documentation, maintaining office records and compiling information for reports, utilizing operational maintenance software, and utilizing computer programs to prepare correspondence, reports, and technical documents.
GS-06:
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-05) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
