The Networking Directorate provides operational support services to the House that ensure reliable and dependable connectivity to the House Data Network both on the House Campus and to over 820 District Offices as well as numerous Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) sites, facilities, and mobile capabilities. This position serves as the Outreach Coordinator, IT Customer Engagement.
