You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT ASSISTANT (OA) in the MCBH Assistant Chief of Staff (AC/S) for Operations, (G-3) Division of MARINE CORPS BASE HAWAII.

Duties

You will be responsible for providing assistance to the AC/S G-3, Deputy AC/S G-3 and the Range and Training Area Manager in performing day-to-day functions within the G-3 division and with other staff divisions You will establish, review, and update complex administrative office procedures and guidelines. You will be responsible for proper spelling, grammar, format, and arrangement of materials. You will use electronic mail to transmit and receive messages.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-6 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing and performing administrative support in an office setting to include correspondence preparation within automated systems to ensure regulatory requirements. This position requires the ability to type at least 40 words per minute. Education

In lieu of general/specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
