You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE TECHNICIAN in the S1 DIRECTORATE, INFORMATION MANAGEMENT DIVISION of MARINE CORPS BASE HAWAII.
Duties
You will be responsible for providing customer service to all customers, including military member and their dependents, who require assistance with obtaining ID cards.
You will be responsible for detecting and rectifying wide variety of problems and disputes and resolves them for uninterrupted medical coverage, exchange, and commissary privileges.
You will check in/out personnel who are retiring, separating, or executing permanent change of station (PCS)/ permanent change of assignment (PCA)orders and verifies member has all necessary certificates.
You will be responsible for control and security of ID card stock arid conducts inventories to ensure accountability.
You will develop and maintains a system to order and maintain enough ID cards and CAC cards.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current Information Assurance Manager Level I certification.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing customer service to all customers, including military member and their dependents, who require assistance with obtaining ID cards and enrollment in a central database; and ensures that adequate logs/records are maintained.
