About the Position: This position is located at Army Health Clinic Moncrief under Defense Health Agency. Moncrief Army Health Clinic is located on Fort Jackson, South Carolina and is part of the 82 square mile military installation located adjacent to the state capital of Columbia.

Duties

Use automated programs to track, monitor and record all medical and non-medical equipment. Prepare and maintaining the equipment files and other historical records. Use a variety of software to produce a variety of documents. Maintain commitment register by recording dollar amounts of supply expenditures ordered (committed) and received (obligated) on a daily basis. Stores items in proper locations and sets up locations for new items considering size, shape, weight and similar nomenclature of items. Serves as the primary point of contact for coordination for services and parts. Serves as the Contracting Officer Representative to coordinate and facilitate submissions of contracts relating to maintenance services.
