You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the Business Office Division, Corporate Operations Division of SUBMEPP ACTIVITY.
Duties
You will develop command wide policies and procedures playing a vital role at he corporate level and among process owners.
You will research and evaluate the latest best practices, both internally and externally, for in process management/improvement and analysis techniques and evaluate the applicability to command processes.
You will share and communicate best practices and business process improvements throughout the command.
You will serve as a consultant to managers and teams on the principles and application of process management and documentation, development of performance indicators and the measurement of performance to facilitate enhancements and improvements.
You will be responsible for the oversight in the development and execution of a balanced set of metrics at the command level.
You will use your knowledge of the balanced scorecard methodology and understand the implementation of it by NAVSEA.
You will assist the Public Affairs Officer with regard to external communications and matters relating to business image.
You will develop an external communication strategy to enhance the understanding of programs among stakeholders and customers.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve business processes and procedures for the organization.
