About the Position: Serves as the Chief Management and Program Analyst responsible for directing the work and supervising a team consisting of various skillsets that service the planning, directing, implementing, and overall administration of a myriad of management, analysis, personnel, resources, logistics, information technology support and advisory functions in support of the Directorate of Operations (DoO) programs and missions. Serves as the Director of Operations during the absences.
Duties
Conduct management analysis reviews which influence policy decisions involving Garrison management.
Ensure consistency between future goals, program efficiencies, allocation/execution, mission priorities and efficiency.
Provide consultant/advisory services to create the strategic plan that is aligned with organization's strategic direction.
Provide means of measuring process improvements and capturing customer feedback for improvement in organization efficiency and effectiveness.
Perform staff actions/analyses and coordination actions related to all aspects of productivity, quality management, and continuous improvement management.
Serve as team member or independent analyst for various productivity, quality, or continuous improvement initiatives throughout DOD that impact all organizational levels.
Ensure the organization's strategic plan, mission, vision and values are communicated through the organization.
Requirements

- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
- Must complete a Supervisory Probationary Period.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes strategic planning and developing policies, procedures, and guidance for the Garrison to manage productivity, quality management, and organization improvements; analyzing and developing new work methods, program operation, and automating work processes for administrative support functions of the organization.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
