This position is located in the Portfolio Delivery (MTP) organization, Business Transformation Office (MT), Business Development and Management (M), Chief Operating Office (K), Bonneville Power Administration (BPA). The purpose of the position is to serve as a Project Manager directly responsible to the Enterprise Portfolio Delivery or Grid Modernization Directors for all aspects leading to the successful implementation and completion of assigned projects.

Qualifications

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as: Experience in building relationships through project management initiatives that affect multiple offices to provide guidance, address conflicts, and successfully negotiate project implementation. Examples of qualifying unpaid experience may include: volunteer work done through National Service programs (such as Peace Corps and AmeriCorps); as well as work for other community-based philanthropic and social organizations.
