As a Program Analyst, you will monitor, evaluate and/or execute assigned programs and initiatives. You will also analyze and evaluate (on a quantitative or qualitative basis) the effectiveness of program operations in meeting established goals and objectives.Location of position:  San Francisco, CA; Los Angeles, CA; San Diego, CA; Sacramento, CA; Phoenix, AZ; or Las Vegas, NV. We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

Los Angeles, CA starts at $95.905.00 per year. San Diego, CA starts at $93.828.00 per year. Sacramento, CA starts at $91,220.00 per year. Phoenix, AZ starts at $86,343.00 per year. Las Vegas, NV starts at $84,437.00 per year. To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level or higher in the Federal service.  Specialized experience is experience performing work which requires examining organizational processes and procedures using a variety of objective (qualitative/quantitative) tools and analysis, and recommending appropriate modifications to further program goals and objectives.
