You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST of NVRECRUITNGCMD.

Duties

You will consolidate data for trend analysis. You will present project execution, workload, resource, or financial analysis information to managers. You will develop strategic performance measurement data to address the linkage between strategic measures and operational requirements. You will analyze productivity, effectiveness, or efficiency of program operations to recommend process improvements.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Planning, Scheduling, and conducting projects and studies to evaluate ways to improve the effectiveness of the operations in a program setting. 2) Adapting analytical techniques and evaluate criteria to measure and improve organizational productivity. and 3) Conducting research and analysis of complex financial issues and make fiscally sound recommendations to department leadership.
