You will serve as an MANAGEMENT ANALYST of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
Duties
You will provide oversight and interests associated with the successful integration and implementation of the DoD DON, and Marine Corps directed Service Integrated Personnel and pay systems.
You will provide expert advice and assistance to the MIO Bransch Head on administrative and personal information systems requirements within the Marine Corps that necessitate centralized planning and control of computer manpower information systems.
You will provide updates, recommendations, guidance and analytical finding to all stakeholder and senior Marine Corps leadership pertaining to future plans, requirements, risk, cost, schedule, performance and manpower.
You will provide written documentation and correspondence pertaining to human resource HRM plans, policies, and information technology capabilities requirements including, but not limited to information papers, and executive summaries,
You will oversee all assessment research and integration activates for personnel pay, manpower, and training as they pertain to USMC human resource management.
You will coordinate and publish all official and unofficial correspondence related to future plans, requirements, risk, cost, schedule, performance and manpower impact of DoD, DON, and Marine Corps human resource management directives.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing management analysis, development, coordination, negotiation, regulation, manpower, and oversight of Marine Corps' Service Integrated Personnel and Pay System as well as Systems Governance and Integration. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Demonstrating knowledge of general and personnel administration regulations, policies, and procedures;
2) Conducting assessment and improvement of program effectiveness for manpower personnel functions; 3) Applying knowledge of management information system/office automation applications, principals, and practices; 4) Applying knowledge of a wide range of administrative laws, policies, regulations, and precedents applicable to the administration of Marine Corps programs and the program goals and objectives, key program milestones, and methods of evaluating the program accomplishments; 5) Applying skills in oral and written communication to prepare and articulate studies and reviews of complex programs and policies; provide guidance; obtain and provide information and data; communicate findings and recommendations regarding controversial issues;6) Implementing new ideas, concepts, and procedures ensuring accuracy and completeness of written documents, executive summaries and issue papers; and provide guidance.
