You will serve as a SUPERVISORY SUPPLY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the Material Readniess Branch of MARINE CORPS BASE QUANTICO.
Duties
You will perform systems analyses of complex programs and major problems associated with supply systems.
You will plan and analyze a variety of supply programs.
You will establish system parameters to assure accurate and useful output.
You will use initiative and resources in researching and implementing new and improved supply methods and procedures within the organization.
You will be responsible for planning and carrying out the work, resolving most conflicts that arise, integrating and coordinating the work of others as necessary.
You will be responsible for interpreting policy in terms of established objectives.
You will brief senior managers and officials concerning issues, problems, proposed solutions and program accomplishments.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate most or all of the following: 1.) Planning and distributing work assignments; 2.) Evaluating work performance and providing feedback to employees; 3.) Utilizing job-relevant information systems, applications, logistics management tracking materials; and 4.) Demonstrating knowledge in government purchase card rules, regulations and thresholds.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.M., if related
