You will serve as a MATERIALS HANDLER in the PERSONNEL EFFECTS AND BAGGAGE CENTER (PE/BC) TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT OFFICE (TMO), ASSISTANT CHIEF OF STAFF (AC/S) LOGISTICS of MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP PENDLETON.

Duties

You will conduct an efficient storage/warehouse program by providing proper warehousing of personal property/personal affects processed. You will apply established warehousing procedures and methods of loading, unloading, storing and provide proper disposition of incoming and outgoing personal property/personal effects shipments. You will coordinate, brief units on their responsibility, maintain records, schedules loading of and arranged for pickup of unaccompanied baggage to store in a government warehouse for deployment units when storage is required. You will prepare warehouse reports from shipping and receiving documents, Government Bills of Lading, Transportation Control Movement Documents, and waybills received from motor carriers.
