About the Position: Serves as a cryptographic key manager and technical advisor to the Activity Director on a broad range of Army Communications Security (COMSEC), Information Security (INFOSEC), Information Assurance and logistics management policies, concepts, and principles.
Duties
Participates in the development and implementation of cryptographic key management projects and logistics objectives
Formulates, prepares and coordinates long range plans and programs for the worldwide Army management of COMSEC and INFOSEC material
Represents the activity/agency on various inter-agency/inter-organization committees and conferences to identify and resolve program issues, objectives and responsibilities
Requirements

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes: 1) Provides logistics management functions for one or more stages of a COMSEC equipment/key life cycle development programs; and 2) Address problems with operational, technical, and logistics processes; and 3) Recommend solutions and prepare system changes to correct or improve the process
