About the Position: This position is with U.S. Army Communications Electronics Command Integrated Logistics Support Center Assistant Directorate for Communications Security Cryptographic Systems Division located in Fort Huachuca, Arizona.

Duties

As Team Lead, ensures that: strategic plan, mission, vision, and values are translated to the team and incorporated in the team's operational objectives, goals, and plans. Coaches the team in the selection and application of appropriate problem-solving methods and techniques Resolves informal complaints of team members and refers others to the appropriate management official. Compiles statistics and prepares reports on program effectiveness, trends analyses and projected workloads. Composes correspondence and prepares study reports on a variety of policy issues.

Specialized experience: (1) developing policies and procedures to accomplish the lifecycle logistics support required for cybersecurity; (2) managing program budgets through forecasting, programming, planning and./or execution of various types of sustainment funding; and (3) Monitoring the status and work progression of the team to ensure the supervisors milestones and deadlines have been met. This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
