About the Position: This position serves as a Logistics Management Specialist for the US Army Communications Electronics Command, Integrated Logistics Support Center, Communications Security Logistics Activity Cryptographic Key Division, Fort Huachuca, Arizona.

Duties

Participates in the development and implementation of cryptographic key management projects and logistics objectives Formulates, prepares and coordinates long range plans and programs for the worldwide Army management of COMSEC and INFOSEC material Represents the activity/agency on various inter-agency/inter-organization committees and conferences to identify and resolve program issues, objectives and responsibilities

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.

  • T-3 Secret Clearance
  • TDY up to 25%

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes: 1) Provides logistics management functions for one or more stages of equipment/key life cycle development programs; and 2) Address problems with operational, technical, and logistics processes; and 3) Recommend solutions and prepare system changes to correct or improve key management processes. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Maintenance Planning and ManagementOral CommunicationWriting Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
